About This Role
- Lead SAP Data Migration workstreams across SAP S/4HANA projects including implementation, transformation, Brownfield conversion, rollout, and support.
- Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale data migration solutions using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS).
- Perform end-to-end data migration activities: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, loading, and provide migration governance support including cutover and go-live activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-12 years of hands-on SAP BODS (SAP Data Services) experience.
- Proven experience in at least two SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, or migration projects.
- Strong expertise in ETL development, SAP Migration Cockpit and data migration tools (LTMC, LTMOM).
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Management, Business Administration).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration programs including Brownfield and Greenfield approaches.
- Strong technical skills including SQL and database expertise (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server) and developing migration specifications and validation frameworks.
- Capable of collaborating closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve complex migration challenges in large-scale ERP transformation environments.
