- Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementation projects, connecting business needs to platform solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Coordinate testing phases, training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Tech and MBA degrees required.
- Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow business analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Eligibility to work in India and professional proficiency in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client-facing roles involving requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation.
- Comfortable working across ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and AI related workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Possesses or is open to obtaining ServiceNow CSA or relevant implementation certifications.
