About This Role
- Drive and support the global business continuity programme by implementing standards into effective plan development, testing, and execution.
- Manage programme administration including plan libraries, contact lists, notification systems (Everbridge), and reporting on plan testing and readiness.
- Partner with crisis management, security, and business teams to support incident response, maintain response playbooks, and lead training and exercises for business continuity.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in physical security technology or security systems engineering, including corporate/enterprise experience.
- Hands-on experience with access control, CCTV, and integrated security platforms across multiple sites and regions.
- Experience managing vendors and delivering technology projects, including security system build-outs for new or relocating sites.
- Professional certification preferred (PSP, CPP) and project management qualification (PMP); knowledge of network and cybersecurity principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-region security systems delivery with strong technical credibility and vendor/project management skills.
- Ability to translate technical issues to non-technical audiences and maintain commercial awareness.
- Background in designing or supporting security control rooms with collaboration experience in regional/global teams.
