About This Role
- Lead and support SAP BASIS activities for S/4HANA Brownfield conversions and Greenfield implementations, including technical upgrades and system migrations.
- Manage SAP BASIS operations such as system copies, patching, kernel upgrades, HANA administration, performance monitoring, backup/recovery, and HA/DR.
- Coordinate technical transformation efforts involving SAP tools (SUM, DMO, Maintenance Planner) and collaboration with cross-functional teams during cutover, go-live, and production stabilization phases.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of SAP BASIS experience with hands-on experience in S/4HANA Brownfield/Greenfield implementations and technical upgrades/migrations.
- Strong expertise in SAP BASIS and SAP HANA administration, including experience with Suite on HANA (SoH).
- Experience with SAP tools SUM, DMO, and Maintenance Planner is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Insurance / BFSI sector or relevant exposure for domain alignment with preferred clients.
- Comfortable handling end-to-end technical aspects of SAP transformations and production support with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and SAP cloud solutions like RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Private Cloud is advantageous.
