About This Role
- Own requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM initiatives.
- Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules including UAT and defect management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM business analysis or related functional roles.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Experience with business requirements documentation, stakeholder workshops, and supporting UAT processes.
- Location: Fully remote within India; Contract duration: 6 months; Background verification/compliance required.

- Experienced in ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM business analysis with operational focus on IT asset lifecycle and IT operations processes.
- Demonstrates ability to independently manage remote work and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Has experience translating business needs into functional specifications and collaborating closely with developers and architects.
