About This Role
- Support deal strategy work focused on analyzing working capital performance and value creation opportunities across the deal lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of working capital related projects including financial and operational data analysis to identify drivers and support client decision-making.
- Conduct benchmarking, assess operational processes, and contribute to internal business unit initiatives and team upskilling.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in Supply Chain, Credit Management/Receivables, Procurement, or Working Capital consulting in the UK or continental Europe.
- Strong financial analysis skills including manipulation of financial and non-financial data, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools like Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience in supply chain management, procurement, collections, inventory reduction, or general working capital optimization engagements.
- Strong project management, communication skills in high business English, and ability to work in globally dispersed teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working capital projects within Deals or consultancy environments analyzing complex financial and operational data for value creation.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and client relationships while guiding junior team members in a data-driven, high-performance global team setting.
- Strong commercial and business process understanding with hands-on experience in analytical and visualization tools for actionable insights.
