About This Role
- Lead and grow a team of 15 Slack technical consultants, developers, and architects including conducting performance management and recruitment.
- Serve as Technical Architect for Slack enterprise implementations, overseeing architecture, best practices, and complex design challenges.
- Partner with global leaders and delivery teams to deliver complex Slack transformations, including Enterprise Grid migrations, custom app development, and Slack-Salesforce integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15+ years in software engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise cloud solutions.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams in a global delivery or consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep expertise in Slack Enterprise Grid, app development (Bolt Framework, Slack APIs), enterprise migration, and governance including identity management and security compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced manager of technical consulting teams with strong operational and strategic leadership in global delivery models.
- Hands-on technical architect with deep Slack platform and app development expertise, including migration and enterprise governance.
- Knowledgeable in Slack-Salesforce convergence and professional services delivery; familiar with Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
