About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy AI agentic solutions including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems in production environments.
- Own end-to-end technical components: architecture, deployment, validation, and observability, including data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting; co-build with customers to deliver production-ready AI systems impacting enterprise business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years total experience with at least 5 years recent software engineering or technical delivery experience including production system ownership.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language among Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with experience in LLMs and prompt engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical builder comfortable in AI technology stacks and full-stack development with production deployments.
- Able to translate customer business challenges into agentic AI solutions while collaborating cross-functionally with sales teams and customer architects.
- Active in evolving AI/data landscape, demonstrating hands-on experimentation with new tools, models, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
