About This Role
- Lead preparation and delivery of monthly global management financial reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, analyze variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Support reporting automation, process improvements, and prepare financial analysis with management commentary for business reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP and advanced Excel skills.
- Role is hybrid based in India requiring regular on-site presence combined with agreed remote days.

- Experienced in managing cross-functional partnerships including finance teams, shared service centres, and external providers to ensure reporting integrity.
- Proficient in producing actionable financial insights and supporting business decisions through concise management commentary.
- Hands-on with financial systems and process automation, with exposure to reporting tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
