About This Role
- Oversee daily Husbandry Hub operations ensuring timely and accurate execution of vessel port call activities in compliance with SLAs and customer requirements.
- Manage PDA/Close Estimate processes including review, validation, approval, cost control, and financial query resolution.
- Lead and develop the team, drive operational and commercial performance, customer account management, and coordinate with stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years experience in maritime industry, preferably in Vessel Operations, Port Agency Operations, Crew Logistics Services, or DA Cost Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Graduate degree required; maritime industry related courses desirable.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years in specified maritime domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end vessel port call management including operational coordination and DA cost review/verification.
- Skilled in managing operational and commercial challenges with ability to supervise teams and ensure service excellence.
- Strong communicator capable of stakeholder management and working effectively under fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
