About This Role
- Manage physical inbound and outbound operations ensuring service levels and compliance with customer SLAs and network procedures.
- Organize shifts and staffing to meet business needs and oversee performance of ground handlers and warehouse providers.
- Monitor KPIs, promote safe work practices, and maintain quality assurance and customer relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years warehousing experience.
- At least 1 year in a Service Provider Logistics (SPL) environment.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
