About This Role
- Oversee sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods with a focus on cost optimization and quality.
- Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiation and supplier performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with R&D and internal teams for inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, ideally in skincare, cosmetics, or personal care.
- Proficient in procurement software and MS Office.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in procurement.

- Experienced in end-to-end procurement operations within the skincare or personal care industry.
- Strong capability in strategic vendor management and negotiation to secure favorable contract terms.
- Comfortable functioning as a primary point of contact for manufacturers and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
