About This Role
- Own end-to-end procurement of PV Modules for utility-scale solar projects, including sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and delivery coordination.
- Manage supplier performance and market intelligence on PV module technology, pricing, capacity, and supply risks.
- Drive cost optimization through sourcing strategies, volume consolidation, alternate supplier development, and logistics improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline (B.Tech/B.E.).
- 10–15 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in Renewable Energy, Solar IPP, Solar EPC, or PV Module manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience specifically in PV Module procurement/sourcing for utility-scale solar projects.
- Location requirement: Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in negotiating and managing high-value PV module supply agreements with strong commercial and contractual acumen.
- Capable of cross-functional stakeholder management including engineering, project execution, finance, legal, and logistics departments.
- Strategic thinker skilled in techno-commercial evaluation, should-cost modeling, and market trend analysis specific to solar PV modules.
