Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Payroll or similar payroll systems.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in payroll or HR operations.
