About This Role
- Manage end-to-end ocean import/export freight operations at satellite locations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and high-quality service.
- Liaise with shipping lines, customs, vendors, and transporters to coordinate cargo handling, container movements, stuffing, and timely customs filing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, vendor payment management, and maintain operational documentation and customer account ownership under supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in shipping/logistics industry for Executive/Senior Executive level (4-6 years for Associate Manager/Deputy Manager).
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience with operational processes in ocean freight and basic problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in communication via email and verbal coordination; Qualified freshers are welcome.

- Experience and comfort working in structured logistics/ocean freight environments with hands-on operational ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including customs, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo flow.
- Strong adherence to compliance, quality standards, and process optimization in field operations context.
