About This Role
- Own end-to-end monthly payroll cycle ensuring timely, accurate salary processing and payroll component validation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and filing obligations including maintenance of statutory registers.
- Maintain payroll governance, internal controls, audit readiness, and drive process improvements including automation across HR systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant HR and payroll experience with substantial responsibility for payroll, statutory compliance, HR systems, and employee lifecycle operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll operations, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and related controls.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in HR and payroll domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently managing end-to-end payroll processes with strong operational ownership across payroll and compliance.
- Skilled in handling statutory, internal, and external audits in payroll and compliance context.
- Proficient in HRIS/payroll platforms (preferably Workday) and payroll service provider management, with a focus on process controls and automation.
