About This Role
- Lead advanced monitoring, complex investigations, and daily oversight of SOC analysts to ensure high-quality security operations.
- Act as escalation point for complex alerts and incidents, leading incident response including containment and remediation.
- Conduct threat hunting and advanced analysis across SIEM, EDR, and cloud telemetry; maintain and improve SOC runbooks, playbooks, and automation workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of SOC or incident response experience.
- Experience leading investigations and coaching analysts.
- Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, CySA+ or similar.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SOC leadership with ability to handle complex incident escalations and mentor analysts.
- Proficient in advanced threat hunting and analysis using SIEM, EDR, cloud telemetry tools.
- Familiarity with MSSP or multi-tenant SOC environments, SOAR automation, detection tuning, and security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, CMMC, and SOC 2.
