About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications including AI-powered features and services, owning end-to-end software delivery.
- Build and optimize cloud-native, microservices-based solutions with integrations of Large Language Models and Generative AI for production environments.
- Collaborate across teams including product owners and solution architects to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Strong experience with Python and/or Java, REST APIs, microservices, React or similar front-end technologies, and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred or AWS).
- Experience deploying Generative AI solutions, integrating LLMs and AI services, and working with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack cloud-native application development with practical exposure to AI/ML production deployments and enterprise-scale software architecture.
- Capable of independently delivering complex software solutions including AI integrations while maintaining security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
- Able to influence technical direction through architecture design, code reviews, mentoring, and evaluating emerging AI technologies in an enterprise environment.
