About This Role
- Develop and maintain AI/ML-enabled ServiceNow products with full ownership from design through production, focusing on high-quality, cost-efficient engineering solutions.
- Lead technical architecture, ensure code quality and alignment with business goals, and mentor junior engineers on best practices and standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable AI and agentic capabilities, integrating customer feedback and ensuring rapid, lean development cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, machine learning, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, SQL/NoSQL, REST/API integrations, and ServiceNow application development.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML and agentic applications, including GenAI, LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration on platforms like ServiceNow.
- 1+ years of cloud-native engineering experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) including AI/ML services, cloud cost awareness (FinOps), and experience establishing engineering standards with leadership or mentoring roles.

- Proficient at balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and cost control in AI-driven product development, with a strategic mindset for rapid experimentation and lean solution delivery.
