About This Role
- Own end-to-end product features for vehicle ownership and after-sales digital experiences, including problem definition, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Customer Care, Legal, and Operations to translate customer needs into clear requirements, prioritizing backlogs and ensuring successful delivery.
- Define and monitor success metrics, leveraging AI tools and customer feedback to continuously enhance products impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Analyst, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related roles focused on customer-facing digital products.
- Demonstrated experience working with Engineering teams delivering product features.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and developing or implementing AI-enabled features.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile environments managing multiple priorities.

- Experienced in managing complex product backlogs and prioritizing work balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Product-minded with a focus on building scalable digital vehicle ownership and after-sales customer experiences, leveraging AI effectively.
