About This Role
- Design, build, automate, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and containerized deployment platforms primarily on AWS with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, Git, and Bitbucket, applying infrastructure as code with Terraform and automation tools like Ansible.
- Lead production troubleshooting, incident response, and operational improvements; automate routine tasks with scripting and AI workflows; mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Proficiency with Linux administration, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD), Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, AWS services, and scripting (Shell, Bash, Python).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting systems, Elasticsearch, version control (Git, Bitbucket), and messaging/caching technologies (Kafka, Redis).

- Hands-on DevOps engineer comfortable operating in fast-paced development and production environments with strong infrastructure ownership.
- Experienced in automation-first approaches including scripting and AI-driven workflow automation to reduce manual efforts.
- Ability to communicate technical designs and implementation decisions clearly and mentor junior team members effectively.
