About This Role
- Own engineering excellence across Quality Assurance (QA) and Product Sustenance (PST) for H&P software products.
- Define and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and quality gates spanning unit to end-to-end testing for microservices, web, and desktop applications.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive preventive actions for production issues; align QA and PST on standards, tools, and release readiness metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- 15+ years experience in SDLC for enterprise products, microservices architecture, cloud computing, containers, and cloud-scale design.
- Work type: On-site at Noida or Goa, India.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to manage shifting priorities under tight timelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in software quality engineering within complex, cloud-native enterprise environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through CI/CD, test automation, production incident resolution, and Agile practices.
- Able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to enable aligned delivery and continuous improvement.
