About This Role
- Build and optimize large-scale healthcare data pipelines extracting from EHR systems and clinical data sources.
- Manage compliant handling of sensitive healthcare data adhering to FHIR, HL7, and related standards for AI-driven applications.
- Use advanced tools like Airflow and Temporal to orchestrate complex AI-enabled data workflows including RAG and GraphRAG implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
- 6+ years experience in data engineering using Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Milvus Vector DB.
- Experience building and managing data pipelines with healthcare data from hospital EHR systems and clinical standards bodies.
- Proficiency with data lakes and scalable data storage solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in GenAI technologies including LLM, prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and embedding techniques with production GenAI implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7), clinical data workflows, and compliance in sensitive data environments.
- Ability to lead and guide data engineering teams, integrating complex clinical data with AI and analytics platforms for scalable healthcare solutions.
