About This Role
- Design, build, and operate production-grade AI services integrated with manufacturing execution systems, including retrieval-augmented generation and anomaly detection.
- Develop full-stack web applications with React/TypeScript frontends and Python/Java backends, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions for shop-floor and office users.
- Lead architecture and design of distributed, multi-tenant platforms with strong focus on data integrity, regulatory compliance, observability, and cloud/on-prem hybrid deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10-12 years of software engineering experience including 5+ years building and operating web applications, and 2+ years delivering AI/ML or GenAI capabilities into production (not prototypes).
- Expert-level SQL and relational data modeling; deep hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS.
- Proficient in Python 3.x with FastAPI, TypeScript with React; strong experience in system design with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), AWS, Kafka, and security protocols (OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT, SSO, RBAC).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering regulated, GxP-compliant manufacturing or MES/EMES software solutions, or able to quickly ramp in pharmaceutical regulated domains.
- Strong systems architect with emphasis on multi-service platforms, event-driven architecture, and secure data pipelines.
- Skilled in integrating AI/GenAI models and LLM application stacks into complex enterprise environments with rigorous evaluation and observability frameworks.
