About This Role
- Execute RFX events (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and auctions on sourcing projects within agreed timelines to support Strategic Sourcing.
- Train and guide Sourcing Leads (SSLs) on best practices, Ariba/Coupa project management, and sourcing processes to ensure compliance and optimization.
- Drive continuous process improvement, support reporting needs, and act as primary liaison with partners and cross-functional teams to simplify processes and enhance efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 - 8 years of procurement experience with progressive responsibility.
- Proficiency in procurement systems including SAP Ariba and Microsoft Office.
- Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard/report creation (Greenfield, DOMO, Excel).
- Work Experience Required: 6 - 8 years procurement experience.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end procurement operations and vendor engagement in indirect spend categories.
- Strategic thinker with advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities and ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in procurement project management tools (Ariba/Coupa) and process compliance enforcement.
