About This Role
- Drive operational excellence and ensure timely and accurate delivery of procurement services related to indirect goods and services.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert by training and coaching team members, maintaining process documentation, and supporting process transitions for efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for projects including chatbot program management, vendor payment resolution, purchase order management, and operational reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of procurement experience with progressively increased responsibility or complexity.
- Proficiency with SAP Ariba, Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and dashboard/report creation tools (e.g., Greenfield, DOMO, Excel).
- Strong skills in quantitative analysis, problem solving, and project management.
- Work Experience Required: 5 - 7 years in procurement.

- Experienced in managing indirect spend categories and vendor relationships with focus on operational accuracy and process improvement.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to resolve invoice, payment, and purchase order issues.
