About This Role
- Manage operational deliverables and drive enterprise initiatives across teams to support indirect procurement at Target.
- Lead chatbot program efforts including data analysis, bot design, testing, performance monitoring, and partnership with technical and store teams to enhance adoption and resolve issues.
- Own Indirect Category management by analyzing category data, resolving procurement issues, monitoring key metrics, managing purchase order processes, and maintaining knowledge and process documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of procurement experience with increasing responsibility and complexity.
- Proficient in SAP Ariba, Microsoft Office, and experience with productivity tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to handle data cleaning and insights generation.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in procurement domain.

- Experienced in managing cross-functional partnerships and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to resolve procurement and operational issues.
- Capable of leading technology-driven initiatives such as chatbot enhancement programs with a focus on improving end-user experience.
