About This Role
- Maintain integrity of balance sheet accounts via timely reconciliations, financial analysis, and month-end close activities.
- Own accuracy of financial reporting; identify and resolve reconciliation differences and strengthen internal controls.
- Lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and support cross-functional projects impacting accounting governance and control environment.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Com with CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA / CIMA qualification mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in General Ledger and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools required.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX controls, and financial reporting requirements essential.
