About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, implementation, and release of complex software products spanning multiple engineering teams.
- Manage and mentor two or more engineering teams, driving technical and organizational improvements to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Influence cross-team priorities and processes to improve technical approaches and deliver value to customers at global scale.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years full stack engineering experience in agile production environments.
- 2+ years managing multiple engineering teams with coaching and mentoring responsibilities.
- Strong backend engineering skills with languages like Java, Kotlin, Python, Scala, or similar.
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in full stack engineering with strong backend expertise and cloud platform familiarity (AWS EMR, Aurora, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Proven ability to lead multi-geography, cross-role teams delivering complex products in data-intensive applications.
- Skilled in organizational design improvements and influencing teams to optimize technical processes and outcomes.
