About This Role
- Own and execute the Fixed Income Post-Trade Processing product roadmap, focusing on settlement, confirmation, and regulatory reporting.
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams as Product Owner to deliver strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes and operational efficiency improvements.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and negotiate priorities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years financial services/fintech experience with minimum 4+ years in senior Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Fixed Income asset classes and post-trade lifecycle including settlement, confirmation, and regulatory reporting.
- Strong expertise in SWIFT messaging standards (ISO 15022/20022), FIX protocol, trade flow architecture, and regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank).

- Experienced in leading complex Post-Trade Processing products for Fixed Income with understanding of global settlement systems and regulatory regimes.
- Proven track record engaging senior stakeholders including Front Office, Market Operations, Risk, and Compliance to drive consensus and prioritization.
- Skilled in Agile product ownership with strong command over backlog management, sprint planning, and metrics-driven delivery in a technology-driven environment.
