About This Role
- Lead design, development, and validation of advanced analytical models for clinical trial planning and operations.
- Integrate multi-source clinical and operational data, develop reusable analytical pipelines using Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms.
- Own complex analytical workstreams ensuring quality, compliance, and delivery; guide data scientists and partner across clinical and digital teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-13 years total professional experience depending on education level (doctorate + 2 yrs, master's +4 yrs, bachelor +6 yrs, associate +10 yrs, high school +12 yrs).
- Currently based in Hyderabad, India (location requirement).
- Advanced skills in Python and/or R, SQL, reproducible workflows, version control, testing, and cloud analytics.
- Experience in clinical research, pharma, predictive analytics or related applied setting (3+ years preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in data science with proven ability to lead analytical projects end-to-end in clinical or pharma settings.
- Strong technical expertise combined with stakeholder management and strategic decision influence.
- Skilled in building scalable, validated models and mentoring/junior team development in regulated, quality-focused environments.
