About This Role
- Own troubleshooting and resolution of complex software defects and configuration issues in production for critical transportation systems.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to maintain system stability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage operational documentation, post-incident reviews, and customer/vendor escalations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in systems engineering with focus on production support and defect resolution.
- Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management processes and Oracle/SQL querying.
- Experience working in 24x7 rotational shift support and customer/client interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader proficient in end-to-end system architecture troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and system integrations identifying operational and technical improvements.
- Background in regulated or mission-critical environments such as transportation or finance, with exposure to reliability engineering, automation, and operational maturity initiatives.
