About This Role
- Design, develop, and support reporting and dashboards for Alpha Services and Investment Management Services using BI tools.
- Perform end-to-end requirement analysis, data gap analysis, and support complex business logic implementation for intelligence reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with operations, clients, and technology teams to deliver projects, validate data, optimize SQL queries, and provide subject matter expertise on reporting tools and data platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience analyzing, designing, and developing reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Jasper, WebFocus, Actuate, or eSpreadsheet.
- Strong knowledge and experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries on Snowflake cloud data platform, including data validation and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data governance, data warehousing principles, and experience with large scale data warehouse solutions and BI/reporting tool architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with large, complex financial datasets and able to translate complex requirements into effective reports and dashboards.
- Proficient in Snowflake cloud data platform concepts and query optimization, indicating ability to handle modern cloud data environments.
- Comfortable leading end-to-end project activities including requirement analysis, data validation, and collaborating across multiple teams (operations, clients, technology).
