About This Role
- Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the Corporate Segment ensuring US GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.
- Build and establish Corporate Segment Controllership function from ground up by coordinating cross-functional teams and implementing efficient accounting processes.
- Lead process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline accounting operations and reduce close cycle times.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5–7 years of experience, preferably in a controllership function.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Oracle Cloud ERP experience is a plus (not mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in controllership or corporate accounting within a large or complex organization, capable of building processes from scratch.
- Able to influence and collaborate across multiple functions including FP&A, Treasury, HR, Legal, and Procurement.
- Demonstrated project management skills focused on process improvement and automation within financial closing and reporting environments.
