About This Role
- Own and scale visa processing operations workflows and SOPs, driving efficiency and excellence.
- Monitor and improve operational metrics such as turnaround time, accuracy, and throughput through data-driven methods.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with customer experience, product, engineering, and partners to resolve challenges, enhance processes, and support expansion efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or similar execution-focused roles.
- Ability to use data and analytics for decision-making, familiarity with tools like Excel, Notion, SQL, or BI dashboards is a plus.
- Must be able to work 6 days a week in-office; strong hands-on operational leadership required.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant operational/program management roles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of ownership and independent execution.
