About This Role
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the US Wires Modernization initiative focused on high-value payment systems.
- Maximize value delivery through backlog prioritization, requirement clarification, and collaboration with development and testing teams within a scaled Agile framework.
- Ensure successful execution and delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing product goals, and supporting release readiness decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16 years of work experience.
- Strong knowledge of US wire payments, payments domain, and modernization from legacy platforms.
- Experience with SWIFT and ISO20022 standards.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/BSc/MSc/BCA/MCA preferred with IT/CS specialization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large payment modernization projects, particularly in legacy to modern platform transitions.
- Capable of working within scaled Agile environments collaborating with global teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on with both product ownership and functional & automation testing coordination for complex payment solutions.
