About This Role
- Own team velocity, predictability, and capacity planning to ensure consistent and reliable sprint deliveries.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage cross-team dependencies in Scrum of Scrums to prevent blockers for downstream products.
- Ensure strict compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards while removing impediments and shielding the team from distractions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
- Minimum 10+ years in Agile delivery with at least 7 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Experience with Enterprise Platform software in large, global, matrixed organizations and in regulated industries (Healthcare, Finance, Aerospace).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required; expert proficiency in Rally or Jira mandatory.
