About This Role
- Drive data-driven decision making across multiple business functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain within the automotive sector.
- Build and deploy end-to-end machine learning and AI solutions focusing on predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Translate complex business problems into scalable analytical solutions and present actionable insights to senior leadership while mentoring junior data scientists.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Forecasting, and AI.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong technical skills in ML algorithms (e.g., Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, Deep Learning), Time Series Forecasting (ARIMA, LSTM, Prophet), and AI applications including NLP and Computer Vision.
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, PySpark, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
