About This Role
- Lead and manage AWS-based data platform projects involving Redshift, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Oversee design, build, testing, and deployment of data pipelines, ETL processes, and CI/CD workflows to support cloud data modernization and ML Ops.
- Direct team coaching, technical deliverable reviews, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful technical execution and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Experience with AWS platform engineering, Redshift, ML Ops, and CI/CD pipelines explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced manager capable of leading cloud data engineering teams across data modernization and analytics enablement projects.
- Strong background in cloud data architecture, data modeling, performance tuning, and monitoring ML Ops production readiness.
- Preferably holds education in Management Information Systems, Computer/Information Science, Systems/Electrical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
