About This Role
- Own definition and evolution of reusable semantic data models and Analytics Packages across multiple business domains and ERP/product schemas.
- Translate business processes, metrics, and reporting requirements into detailed semantic-model definitions and source-to-semantic data mappings, driving these through engineering to delivery and validation.
- Lead discovery with SMEs and customers and validate semantic models and analytics outputs; maintain product artifacts and support semantic layer evolution for AI-enabled analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related quantitative/technical discipline.
- Recommended 12+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, business analysis, data/analytics, or related fields with hands-on expertise translating business requirements into data/semantic-model specifications.
- Strong working knowledge of data and analytics concepts including relational data modeling, semantic modeling, KPIs, and data transformation.
- Must be able to work UK shift and collaborate across China, India, North America (EST) time zones as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior product or business analyst skilled in bridging ERP domain expertise with technical data engineering teams for semantic modeling and analytics solutions.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with ability to handle complex, ambiguous business requirements across multiple domains (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.) and multiple ERP systems.
- Proficient in SQL and data analysis, capable of independently exploring and mapping complex relational data to standardized semantic definitions supporting analytics and AI use cases.
