About This Role
- Own the strategy, roadmap, design, and delivery of digital and AI-enabled products for Record to Report (R2R) finance domain, improving close speed, reconciliation quality, and compliance.
- Lead cross-functional efforts including discovery, solution design, agile delivery, client engagement, and adoption of R2R solutions from ideation through production.
- Define and track measurable Finance outcomes such as close-cycle duration, manual journal reduction, auto-match rate, and user adoption to continuously enhance product performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-12 years total experience with strong exposure to Finance transformation, digital products, or enterprise technology solutions.
- At least 4-5 years in product management, product ownership, consulting, or solution design with ownership of roadmaps and backlogs.
- Strong functional knowledge of R2R processes (general ledger, journals, account reconciliation, intercompany, fixed assets, month-end close, consolidation, financial reporting).
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or relevant field.

- Experienced in delivering finance transformation or SaaS products involving controllership, close transformation, reconciliation automation, or financial reporting modernization.
- Proven ability to translate complex finance processes and pain points into scalable digital and AI product capabilities with measurable impacts.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with AI/data science, engineering, UX, compliance, and finance teams in agile environments, balancing controls with innovation.
