About This Role
- Own and drive the organic growth strategy across SEO, AI Optimization, content, and AI-led discovery platforms for BFSI/NBFC products.
- Deliver measurable growth in organic traffic, qualified leads, applications, account openings, conversions, and revenue while continuously analyzing key metrics like CAC, approval rates, retention, and LTV.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and lead agencies to build AI-first organic acquisition frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance, and present data-backed performance and growth opportunities to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Organic Growth, SEO, Digital Growth, Content, AI Optimization preferably in BFSI, NBFC, FinTech, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in SEO, AI Optimization, LLM/AI discovery, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe, Search Console, and BI dashboards.
- Work Location: Mumbai, Work Mode: WFO only.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to connect organic marketing activities directly to business outcomes with strong numerical and commercial orientation.
- Experience operating across Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, Risk, and Compliance in regulated BFSI environments.
- Proven track record managing teams, agencies, and multiple senior stakeholders with strong influence and communication skills.
