About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to address real-world business challenges across products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product teams for AI integration.
- Manage model performance, retraining, and ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
- Proficient in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and software engineering best practices including version control and CI/CD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and optimizing AI solutions for business applications, including NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, or recommendation systems.
- Capable of integrating AI models into production environments using RESTful APIs and managing end-to-end deployment workflows.
- Operates effectively in collaborative, cross-functional tech teams combining data science and software engineering disciplines.
