About This Role
- Lead financial control and month-end close for APAC markets/entities ensuring accurate, timely reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market finance teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery performance using defined metrics.
- Lead and develop a finance team, drive continuous improvement, and support finance transformation initiatives including ERP changes and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7 years experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, auditing support, and ERP systems like SAP.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid (India office 2–3 days/week) with some regional travel; Good command of written and spoken English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in finance service delivery within multinational or matrix organizations, able to manage vendor/shared service partnerships effectively.
- Strong control and compliance orientation with hands-on experience in supporting audits and maintaining internal controls.
- Skilled in driving finance transformation including automation, ERP implementation, and process improvements, with ability to coach and develop teams under deadline-driven conditions.
