About This Role
- Lead Java application development with responsibility for code review and team mentoring.
- Develop and optimize microservices-based solutions using Java 8/11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.
- Ensure strong SQL performance tuning and maintain coding standards using Git, JUnit, and Mockito within Agile/Scrum teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on Java application development experience.
- Proficient with Java 8/11+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, JSON.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL including query optimization and indexing.
- Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid mode).

- Experienced in leading and mentoring development teams in complex Java environments.
- Deep expertise in microservices architecture and performance tuning of database queries.
