About This Role
- Lead Java application development projects, ensuring high-quality code and architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Develop and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and relational databases.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Proficiency in Java 8/11+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, microservices, Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong SQL skills including query optimization and performance tuning on Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Work Mode: Bangalore location with hybrid work setup.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborative team settings.
- Strong background in backend service development with expertise in RESTful APIs and unit testing (JUnit, Mockito).
- Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively in a technical capacity.
