About This Role
- Lead design and development of Spring Boot Java microservices with database, message broker, and API integrations.
- Own REST API design, performance, and reliability across both on-prem and cloud environments.
- Act as the technical leader for Java engineering platform-wide, including setting standards, reviewing designs, and coaching engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of work experience.
- Expert proficiency in Java 17+ and Spring Boot microservices development.
- Experience with SQL, JPA/Hibernate, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, REST API design, performance tuning, and TDD.
- Work mode: Hybrid at Bangalore, Chennai, or Gurugram locations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep end-to-end ownership of Java platform engineering and delivery.
- Able to independently manage small-to-medium complexity tasks in React front-end, DevSecOps, and Test Automation with AI/Agentic AI tools assistance.
- Experienced technical leader capable of setting standards and mentoring across teams in a large enterprise environment.
