About This Role
- Process, settle, reconcile, and service securities transactions across the trade lifecycle ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support cash movement, funding, account servicing, client onboarding, and conduct daily production activities adhering to policies and risk management.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes in collaboration with internal partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 months securities operations experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience with securities trade lifecycle, mandatory corporate actions (stock splits, dividends, spin-offs), and record-date calculations/payment processing for bonds and securities.
- Ability to work 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST shift under a hybrid work model.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of operational controls, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating within securities operations focusing on settlement, reconciliation, cash movement, and exception management.
- Comfortable working in a risk and compliance-driven environment with adherence to operational and regulatory standards.
- Effective collaborator across teams and locations with good communication skills for partnering with internal stakeholders.
