About This Role
- Manage day-to-day AR calling activities and support denial management workflows to ensure timely follow-up and improved operational consistency.
- Analyze AR calling and denial trends to identify root causes and opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and coordinate with internal partners to resolve escalations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, RCM, or related claims/AR workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Experience with AR calling, denial management, and familiarity with RCM concepts and workflows.
- Must be willing to work hybrid in Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational execution within healthcare revenue cycle management focusing on AR and denial workflows.
- Comfortable working with SOP-driven, audit-compliant environments and using operational systems for case and queue management.
- Capable of leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow productivity while maintaining responsibility for validation and final decisions.
