About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of complex, cross-functional AI-native platform features from architecture to production operations.
- Build and integrate LLM-driven workflows, agentic architectures, and AI tools with reliability, governance, and measurable impact.
- Own production quality including defect triage, release readiness, and setting standards for code quality and safe AI usage; mentor engineers and collaborate with product and UX leads.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with staff level or equivalent technical leadership.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or relevant language and strong system design skills.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based features including prompt design, context management, and evaluation.
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and familiarity with enterprise SaaS, multi-tenant systems, and secure software delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating AI into product development and operational workflows, with a focus on AI-native features and AI-assisted engineering.
- Comfortable making architectural decisions and driving cross-team collaboration for AI and traditional platform engineering.
- Skilled at mentoring senior engineers and influencing engineering standards around AI tool usage and production reliability.
